How we
ship.
Ordering
Loose botanicals move in HDPE bags, finished goods in corrugated boxes. Mixed containers are standard - one order can carry any combination of categories.
Minimums
One full container per shipment, mixed across categories. Trial orders by LCL on request, subject to a minimum of 200 kg or 500 pieces per line.
Documentation
Phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, certificate of origin and commercial invoice issued with every shipment out of Chennai port.
Handling
Store dry and out of direct sun. Dried botanicals are brittle by nature; boxes are stacked no more than five high in transit.
Samples
Sample cartons ship by air courier against a nominal charge, credited back on the first bulk order.
Custom work
Private label & bespoke.
We develop to a buyer’s brief: your colourway, your stem count, your packaging, your barcode. Sampling runs from our own stem library, so first samples ship in two to three weeks.
Colour matching
Matched to a Pantone reference or a physical swatch, with a dyed sample returned for sign-off before bulk.
Own-brand packaging
Printed sleeves, hang tags, insert cards and barcoded poly bags produced locally and packed at our unit.
Exclusive designs
Bouquets, wreaths and bowl fillers designed for one buyer and held off the general range for an agreed season.
Seasonal programmes
Christmas, spring and autumn assortments planned six months ahead against forecast volumes.
